SHIPPING RETURN WARRANTY POLICIES
What are my shipping options?
All merchandise will be shipped from our warehouse in Pompano Beach, Florida, USA.
If you choose Domestic Regular Delivery, your package may take up to 10 business days to arrive.
If you choose Domestic Rush Delivery, your package may take up to 3 business days to arrive.
If you choose International Delivery, your package may take up to 14 business days to arrive.
How will my order by shipped?
All orders within the United States ship USPS, UPS or DHL.
Orders being shipped to a military address, P.O. Box, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or U.S. territory address will ship via Priority Mail. All shipments are insured and traceable.
Orders going to a PO Box or military address can only be shipped via Priority Mail (Regular Delivery inside the U.S. option) and cannot be shipped via our Rush Delivery option.
When will I receive my order?
You may track your package by using the tracking number that was sent to your email.
All orders are processed by our distribution facility. We prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible when they are placed, but we ask that you allow 1-2 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Rush Delivery orders are prioritized and generally ship faster. Any order placed after 8:00 am EST may not be processed until the NEXT business day (So, if you place an order on Friday at 10:00am EST or later, it may not be processed until Monday morning). Weekends and US holidays are not counted as business days.
If you purchased a pre-order item your item is not in stock yet. It could take approximately 10-25 days to stock and ship your item. If we run out of stock it may take up to 14 days before your item is shipped for us to re-stock. You will be notified if your item needs to be re-stocked upon purchase.
Some orders can take longer if there are issues with credit card authorization, security issues, or high holiday season volume.
While most orders arrive in a very timely manner, shipping times cannot be guaranteed. Delivery delays can occur due to weather, USPS/UPS/DHL errors or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping to a Military Address
If you live at a military address overseas, you should choose the PO Box option.
If the shipping address for your order does not match the billing address on your credit card, we may require you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This extra step in the ordering process helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. We may need to contact you via either the phone number or email address that you provided with your order to inform you of this requirement.
To list the alternate address with your credit card company:
1. Call your credit card's customer service department (the number should be on the back of the card or on your monthly statement)
2. Tell them that you want to add an Alternate Shipping Address to your account for an internet order and give them the exact address for the recipient. *This will NOT change your billing address - you will still receive statements and mail at your usual address.
3. Place your order on our site using your usual billing address and the new alternate shipping address that you added to your account.
If you live outside the United States, please read the following page carefully.
All international packages are sent via DHL or UPS. Packages are always insured and all packages must be signed for when delivered.
Please note that the customer is responsible if any duties & taxes are imposed by their country at their own country's border. Under $50 orders the custom tax generally does not apply, however a customs tax still could be incurred. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country. For more information we suggest that you contact your local customs office before ordering.
* Very important - If you deny the delivery of a package due to customs fees, we will have to abandon the package and you will receive NO refund.
Packages take 5 to 7 days to arrive at their destination (although occasionally there are hold-ups at customs which is out of our control). Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are determined by weight & destination. You can always place an order and then opt not to continue with it once shipping costs are established. Please be aware that your order can only ship to the billing address of your credit card..

Our on-line merchant service allows us to verify most international Visa & Mastercard orders. (As opposed to AMEX which always offers international address verification services). In the case where your issuing bank does not participate in the international address verification service, you will be contacted via email and be requested to send additional banking details. If this is the case, please feel free to cross out any information you feel is personal - we are only interested in seeing your credit card number on the same document as your name and billing address. We apologize for the inconvenience, however unfortunately international on-line fraud is very common and we find it essential that all orders, domestic and international be verified.
*Note: For orders placed for International Destinations we will hold the entire order until all the items are in stock. These orders cannot be split.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are determined by weight & destination.
You can view actual shipping charges online prior to completing your order. To do this, simply place your items in your cart and click "Checkout." Once at checkout, enter your name & address and select "International Express" delivery and hit the"apply" button. The shipping rate will then be displayed in your cart, even before entering any credit card information. You can then decide to continue or not continue with your order.
Please note that on rare occasions, with oversized packages, we will need to contact you for additional shipping charges. You will need to approve these costs before we ship your package.
For any international customer returns you must contact us and wait for a return confirmation before proceeding with the return. Failure to do so may prevent us from reimbursing you. We will not cover the return shipping costs and you will not be reimbursed for the shipping costs at the time of purchase unless there is a warranty issue and in that case we will cover the outgoing shipping costs.
You have 14 days from the date you received your merchandise for a return or exchange. After 14 days we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
International packages can take up to 15 business days to arrive at their destination (although occasionally there are hold-ups at customs, which is beyond our control).
All returns must be in the original, factory-sealed packaging in the same condition that they were received. Products that have been opened, tampered with, played with or altered will not be eligible for return.
We offer a 30 day warranty on your merchandise. If the item has any manufacturing issues we will exchange the merchandise and cover the shipping costs, with the exception of the customs tax,
